How many module conversions from the PnP version is there so far for DC?

I believe there are 3 or 4. The list of the completed designs with links:

There are quite a few more for FRUA. Ray Dyer in particular has done several dozen:
http://frua.rosedragon.org
(I couldn't find a list in the forums, but most if not all should be in the archive.)

I skimmed through the list and I didn't see any conversions. Do you know which modules specifically are based on PnP ones.

I think all of the ones done by GoldBoxFan and the first one by Nol Drek. Actually, I don't know that all of GoldBoxFan's are on the list, but you should be able to find them if you search the forum.

"The Village of Hommlet" and "Something Wild" are PnP conversions.

Do you know what the module for PnP version of The Village Of Hommlet is called or is it based on the one from The Temple Of Elemental Evil? I hardly know anything about PlaneScape so I didn't know that Something Wild was a conversion, looks interesting though probably will play it later today.
