I have finaly started to play FRUA again after summer... Decided to try Temple of EE and it is really nicely done. In all honesty I think FRUA and how Ray does it I think it just might be the best CRPG and Ad&d experience I have had, if not better then table top it is very near, but definitely among best.
Now I have started it with hopes to experience Temple of Elemental Evil, I still dont have that 3e computer game and I have played Village of Hommlet DC module by Nol Drek... But something in the way this module is done made me wish to play trough all games from The Realm series which I will try to do hopefully...
Now my experience which probably has some spoilers... I enetered village and first thing that I noticed that I couldn't save at all... Later I found that I could save at the Inn only... Hommlet is nice place and later I went to the Moathouse and returned wounded and were killed in the Hommlet in an ambush...
I will have to start again but things are done very good, art in the game is really amazing... probably just few portraits I wished to be modernized with latest AI technology but everything looks great and mood in the game is just fantastic... I just hope I will continue soon... :like: :like: :like: and I wished I could learn to convert modules like this, I am still focused on tabletop but i need to learn FRUA, probably should read UANLs too...

Glad to see this and hear you're having fun with Temple. It was definitely the biggest undertaking of the Realm. I hope you get to come back and have some more fun with it!

My Thesis is giving me trouble, but on the good side I have finaly returned to a place where I was before and need now to continue with work on it...
But playing FRUA at the same is possible in the same time (unlike Tabletop and Online Playing), so I will continue, hoping to finish this module as I really needed a good conversion of it, and this seems like wonderful thing...
I have played again today... it was great. Encounters on way back to Hommlet are cool, and temple veterans and their art just very cool. I really like this version, though I am still in the Moathouse. Party got TPK-ed by zombies in the underground... My cleric failed to turn them...
It is really cool, I wished while playing to translate this module into my native language if not all of Rays modules, that is Serbian, but I also want to update art a bit maybe and also to tone it down a bit... Not interesting too much for me to play with almost all 18 stats for all chars... I would try with low stats but I know how it goes with most of FRUA modules... I need to make some rules about making not maxed chars for FRUA if I ever try to make some changes. But I need to learn FRUA better, but translation seems like a good idea...

Yes, thank You... I am trying. My mom is not feeling so good lately, she will need eye operation but she is not really feeling willing to do it, but it seems her right eye is troublesome as she has Cataract and also left is starting... Today we went for her to get passport (needed for me after fathers death to get flat legalized we had in Belgrade) and some friends said to her that she can get some oil or something like that to stop it but it I doubt it can make any change... So I am not really sure how it will go, as probably it will just get worse, and maybe later she will get operation... Anyway... sorry for a bit off topic... I am also not feeling so good, I need to cut sugar and coffee which is hard for half year already... but I just need to do it, and hope that things will be good.
I have copied this game on other computer which I use for DS render to continue this game and also Keep on the Borderlands with hope to maybe learn FRUA and make some changes to it. I have made some DS maps for DC/Tabletop with tokens, will post them soon... Also I was going back to MECCG there are lots of expansions now and it seems most of it are now available for free online... MECCG is really accurate to MERP which is now getting interesting at it seems 5e DD is having Middle Earth RP supported officaly or something like that... Aragorn and others... oh well But studies first I really need to finish it, I am half trough it and now just need to concentrate and focus... I also plan to do Keep on the Borderlands but it will go a bit slow as my computer is a bit low on memory, but I hope it will be ok...
Also one thing this conversions are fantastic... They are just really most serious that I have encountered so far or at least for me they are... Thanks I hope I will continue with other modules...
