During testing with the game, I'm a bit confused on how the game handles time in different situations

The sleep spell that is now working;

All my testing is being done with items, usually a potion, so I don't know if that makes a difference when detecting spell user level. But all items are set to lvl 1

1) The spell in the data base says 5 rounds/ per level

2) the spell itself says 5*lvl

3) Both myself, the target, and the item being used are lvl 1.

Both the spell lasted about 15 rounds in combat.

I have a wand of Secret Door and Trap Detection

The wand has its duration set to 1 hour.

The wand SA has it set to "-exp = $GET_PARTY_TIME() +# 1;"

According to Manicus, each unit is 1 minute, so that means it should expire in one minute

Which expiration has priority since they're different?

And during actual testing on the map;

1) just walking around, the spells last about 11 minutes

2) Searching and walking, with 1 hour per move, it lasted 11 hours.

3) Resting in camp, I started with days, and it lasted about 11 days.

4) Resting in camp I started with 23 hours - both spells were still active. I said 23 hours more, and somewhere in there, they expired during that time.
