My right shoulder was dislocated in a mosh pit at age 18, my right knee has been blown out once, my left knee blown out twice, both knees have been shredded by glass/metal/rock and sometimes at the same time. I've been in 7 'official' wrecks that were reported to the police but I've been in about 12 counting the ones that weren't reported. My back is messed up from the back of my skull to my hips and there's a spot in my neck where the vertebrae is like 1/8 of an inch out of alignment with each other.

Despite that, I still have a six pack, have cardio for ages, and I'm a pace setter at work, meaning, you're not working hard enough unless you're at the top with me and the other pace setters.

And I have yoga and industrial dancing with weights to think for that. Calisthenics is just what college people call 'yoga'.

However, I've also got 4 years medical experience, LPN school, and rehab experience. So I've got a massive amount of information going into the workouts I do. Therefore, you want to remember to 1. Go slow. 2. Recover between workouts. 3. Walk off injuries if minor (this is very important, because after surgery or an injury it's easy to cause more damage by not working the injured area enough, which sounds wonky, but remember that knee/hip replacement rehab starts the same day you exit the hospital to prevent this very issue).

What do you mean by "industrial dancing"? The kind of dancing people do at clubs where the DJ regularly puts on Front 242?
